| Mr. Dimitris Agouridis is the President and CEO of Canadian Locators Inc. Mr. Agouridis spearheads
the business development of Canadian Locators Inc., based on a technology and information management
based model that addresses the utility industry requirements and limitations on a nationwide basis. |

| Mr. Agouridis currently has 6 patents pending in the areas of Internet B2B and
wireless Internet communication applications. He is the designer of "LocatorBase.net", "Mercury", and
"UtilityOffice.ca" an internet portal for the whole utility industry with emphasis on logistics
management, safety standards improvement, wireless Internet communications and field operations optimization.

| Dr. Justice provides Intus with over thirty years of academic and consulting
experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Dr. Justice has been a full professor at the University of Tulsa,
Presidential Fellow at Colorado School of Mines, endowed Chair in Exploration Geophysics and full
professor at the University of Calgary, leader of Production Geophysics for Mobil R&D Corporation,
president of Justice and Associates Inc. and Advanced Reservoir Technologies Inc. He has over
a decade of activity in joint programs sponsored by the US Department of Energy and companies involved
in the petrolium industry. Dr. Justice is also the co-author / editor of four books with many
publications in referred journals and numerous presentations. |

| Mr. Squibb is an internationally recognized expert in the field of space operations and
space operations standards. The majority of his carreer has been at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory /
California Institude of Technology as former Director of Telecommunications and Mission Operations.
Mr. Squibb has been extensively involved with SIAC - NASA reviews,
science operations (SIRTF Project), deep space network operations with Raytheon and is the 4-dimensional
systems representative to JPL (NASA Project Enhancement Program). He is the author / editor for "Cost
Effective Space Mission Operations" (McGraw Hill) and short course developer / teacher with TSTI Space
Operations. |

| Dr. Mufti is highly experienced in the fields of embedded systems, wireless
communications, image processing and simulation. Mr. Mufti received his Masters Degree and Ph.D. in Electrical / Computer
Engineering from the Georgia Institue of Technology in Atlanta. Mr. Mufti has developed highly optimized
wireless network processors, and has built intelligent fault detection systems and identification
algorithms using image processing, wavelet analysis and feature processing.
